How ordering, verification, delivery dates and chef applications work on Samara.

The essentials

Before you order or apply.

Where is Samara available?

Samara is launching in Dublin. Enter your Eircode on Browse to check which approved chefs can serve your area.

When is my food prepared?

Samara is an order-ahead marketplace. You choose an available delivery date and the chef prepares the confirmed order for that day.

Can I order from more than one chef?

Each basket is limited to one chef and one delivery date. This keeps capacity, delivery and food preparation clear.

How are chefs verified?

Applicants provide identity, address and food-business registration or approval evidence. They cannot appear publicly or sell until Samara approves the application.

How does Samara handle allergens?

Every dish must declare its regulated allergens. Always review the dish information carefully and ask the chef before ordering if cross-contact is a concern.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Cancellation and refund rights follow the terms shown when ordering and the status of the order. Final launch terms are being reviewed for Ireland before paid ordering is enabled.

How do I become a chef?

Complete the chef application with your profile, service area and private verification documents. The application is reviewed before any storefront can go live.

Is the weekly meal plan available?

Not yet. The current marketplace supports one-time orders for a chosen date. Weekly plans remain clearly marked as coming soon.
